Here we all are
Sitting in a trench
Smelling my counties
Bodys and stench

Gun shots in day
Gun shots at night
I really hope i survive this fight

Early this morning
They came with no warning
Shooting their deadly gas

Seeing men dying
Watching them crying
I realize i have a task
I needed to stay
Out of the way
And put on my dirty gas mask

I see them come near
They're almost here
We needed to make a stand
When the colonel screams
We start to fight
Then we take some shots
And then, we see the bright light.
